Análise da composição florística, diversidade e similaridade de fragmentos de Mata Atlântica em Minas Gerais

Abstract

Objetivou-se com este estudo analisar, descrever e discriminar a distribuição da composição florística pertencente a quatro fragmentos florestais na Zona da Mata de Minas Gerais; captar a estimativa da suficiência amostral, pelo método da regressão linear de Plateau; conhecer a diversidade e a similaridade dos fragmentos; estabelecer a correspondência entre similaridade e a distância geográfica entre fragmentos. As áreas estudadas correspondem a quatro fragmentos florestais localizados nos municípios de Piranga e Diogo de Vasconcelos, no estado de Minas Gerais. Destes, três sofreram exploração em 1996/98, 1993/98, 1985, e no outro não se identificou qualquer registro de intervenção nos últimos anos. O método de amostragem utilizado foi o sistemático. O número, a distância de transectos e a distância entre parcelas variaram de acordo com a forma e tamanho de cada fragmento. Os indivíduos inventariados apresentaram CAP 15,70 cm. Nos fragmentos foram encontradas 397 espécies, distribuídas em 190 gêneros e 67 famílias, pertencentes a 12.709 indivíduos. A amostragem foi suficiente para representar a composição florística dos fragmentos. Cerca de 11 famílias possuem, juntas, mais de 50% do total de espécies. Cerca de 48 espécies ou 12,09% do total apresentaram alta plasticidade em distribuição, atingindo 100% de ocorrência entre os fragmentos. A diversidade pelo índice de Shannon variou de 3,91 a 4,71. Os quatro fragmentos são altamente similares entre si, com valores de índice acima de 44%. A distância geográfica influenciou nos índices de similaridade.

The objectives of this study were: to analyze, to describe and to discriminate the distribution of the floristic composition in 4 forest fragments in Zona da Mata of Minas Gerais; to estimate the sampling sufficiency, using the method of the linear plateau regression; to know the diversity and similarity of the fragments; to establish the correspondence between similarity and the geographical distance between fragments. The studied areas corresponded to 4 forest fragments located in the counties of Piranga and Diogo de Vasconcelos in the State of Minas Gerais. Three of the fragments were explored, while for the other, any record of intervention in the last years was identified. The systematic sampling method was applied. The number and distance of transects, and the distance between sampling plots varied with the form and size of each fragment. The inventoried individuals were those with a circumference at breast height (CBH) 15.70 cm. In the fragments, 12,709 individuals were found, distributed in 397 species, 190 genus and 67 families. The sampling was enough to represent the floristic composition of the fragments. About 11 families possess, together, more than 50% of the total of species. About 48 species (12.09% of the total) presented high plasticity in distribution, reaching 100% of occurrence among the fragments. The Shannon s diversity index varied from 3.91 to 4.71. The four fragments are highly similar among them with index values above 44%. The geographical distance influenced the similarity indexes.
