Crescimento e teor de óleo essencial em plantas de Eucalyptus citriodora e Eucalyptus globulus tratadas com homeopatia

Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho foi caracterizar e verificar a composição histoquímica de Eucalyptus citriodora e Eucalyptus globulus, e quantificar o efeito de preparados homeopáticos no crescimento e produção de óleo essencial. Foram coletados dados de altura, número de ramos e folhas, diâmetro de caule, SPAD, biomassa da parte aérea fresca e seca, biomassa da raiz seca, comprimento da raiz principal e teor de óleo essencial. Na triagem histoquímica foi verificado que os secretados das duas espécies são constituídos basicamente de substâncias lipídicas e compostos fenólicos gerais. E. citriodora não possui cavidade secretora propriamente dita na fase juvenil, característica presente somente em E. globulus. Dinamizações de Phosphorus, exerceram efeito sobre o crescimento e o teor de óleo essencial, das plantas em E. globulus, causando oscilações nos valores de todas as variáveis, sendo que a dinamização 3C promoveu maior incremento. Houve responsividade do eucalipto em relação à dose de Phosphorus 12C, independente do volume de água (50mL e 100mL), usado na diluição, sendo que o efeito nas variáveis de crescimento, persistiu com o tempo de avaliação. Nas plantas de E. citriodora em condições de deficiência hídrica, foram verificadas diferenças no teor de óleo essencial e Phosphorus 12C causou maior incremento. O aumento do teor de óleo essencial estimulado pela homeopatia valoriza o eucalipto como fonte de matéria prima destinada a indústria farmacêutica.

The objective of this work was to characterize and to verify the histochemical composition of Eucalyptus citriodora and Eucalyptus globulus, and to quantify the effect of homeopathic mixtures on the growth and production of essential oil. Height data, number of branches and leaves were collected, stem diameter, SPAD, biomass of the fresh an dry aerial part, biomass of the root dry, length of the main root and content of essential oil. In the screen histochemical it was verified that secreted substances of the two species are constituted basically of fat and phenolic compounds. E. citriodora do not present cavity in the juvenile phase, as in E. globulus. Dinamizations of Phosphorus, did effect on growth of E. globules plants and on the content of essential oil. Also caused oscillations in the values of all the variables, and the dinamization 3C promoted larger increment. There was responsive of eucalyptus in relation to Phosphorus 12C, independent of the volume of water (50mL and 100mL), used in the dilution, and the effect in the growth variables, persisted with the time of evaluation. In the plants of E. citriodora in conditions of water deficiency, differences were verified in the content of essential oil and Phosphorus 12C caused greater increment. The higher content of essential oil stimulated by the homeopathy increase the values the eucalyptus as rough matter source destined the pharmaceutical industry.
