Gestão florestal no Acre segundo a lei estadual 1.426/01

Abstract

Este trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar a gestão florestal no Acre segundo a Lei Estadual de Florestas. O material utilizado foi a referida Lei, os atos de criação das instituições envolvidas e outros documentos correlatos ao assunto, obtidos principalmente via Internet no site oficial do Governo do Estado do Acre. Foi estudado e analisado como se distribuem as funções do Estado na área florestal entre as instituições que a Lei aponta como responsáveis pelo gerenciamento florestal do Acre e identificadas as suas respectivas estruturas. Foi elaborado um quadro analítico visando resumir os resultados obtidos neste trabalho. As principais conclusões foram: a gestão florestal no Acre está distribuída entre sete entidades do Estado: dois conselhos, duas secretarias, uma fundação, uma autarquia, o corpo de bombeiros e o pelotão florestal; a lei florestal está em consonância com os atos de criação das instituições; as funções de estado concentram-se primeiramente na Secretaria Executiva de Floresta, e secundariamente no Instituto de Meio Ambiente do Acre e na Fundação de Tecnologia do Acre.

This work had as objective evaluates the forest administration in Acre according to the State Law of Forests. The used material was her referred Law, the actions of creation of the involved institutions and other documents to the subject, obtained mainly through Internet in the official site of the Government of the State of Acre. It was studied how the functions of the State are distributed in the forest area among the institutions that the Law appears as responsible for the forest administration of Acre and identified their respective structures. An analytical table was elaborated seeking to summarize the results obtained in this work. The main conclusions had been: the forest management in the Acre is distributed enters seven entities of the State: two consuls, two secretariats, a foundation, an autarchy, the body of firemen and the forest squad; the forest law is in accord with the acts of creation of the institutions; the state functions are concentrated first in the Secretariat of Forest, and secondarily in the Institute of Environment of the Acre and in the Foundation of Technology of the Acre.
